When you register your interest
We collect your name, workshop name, email, any optional notes, selected plan and the price, allowance and offer version shown to you, plus campaign codes when present. We record your consent and use these details to email you about your selected plan, based on that consent. Registering does not start a subscription.
Every marketing email includes a personal unsubscribe link. Opening it does not change your preference: you confirm the choice on the page. We retain enquiries that do not progress for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We will explain customer-data arrangements before any workshop starts using the service.
Hosting and access
This site is published through OpenAI Sites and runs on Cloudflare. Interest registrations are stored in the site’s Cloudflare database and accessed by the Baniti team for follow-up. Resend processes registration details to send an internal notification to our team. Hosting providers also process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. This page does not promise UK-only data storage.
Understanding interest
We record page visits, section views, navigation clicks, pricing views, plan selections, form starts, submission success or errors, and limited demo activity. We also measure whether a page remains visible for 30 or 90 seconds, broad screen-width category, and referring hostname. We do not record full referring URLs, IP addresses or replay your session. Records contain a time, offer details and campaign codes when present, but not names, emails, images or conversations. Pricing events use a random identifier held only in page memory, reset when the page reloads; it is not stored in cookies or browser storage. These measure visits and actions, not unique people. Registrations are counted separately by email. This marketing page does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code; hosting and demo services may process their own technical information. The new site-activity measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days.
Using the live demo
The embedded Oakridge Joinery demo is a separate AI service hosted on Railway. Anything you enter or upload goes to that service and may be processed by its AI providers. The marketing-site event records described above are separate from that processing.
Please use sample images and fictional project information. Do not upload identifiable customer information, confidential plans or private home photographs. Ask Amit about the demo’s data handling before sharing personal information. We will agree the customer-data arrangements separately before any workshop uses Baniti with real enquiries.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or raise a concern with us. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict processing or obtain a portable copy. You can raise a data-protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
