What does my workshop receive?

Will customers see my workshop’s name?
Yes. The customer-facing assistant carries your workshop’s identity. You remain their furniture maker and their point of contact.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. They open your link in their browser, on a phone or computer, and start with a photo or an idea.
Do I need a new website?
No. Keep your existing website. Your branded assistant can be embedded or opened from a link; Workshop includes embedding on your existing site. Studio also includes a branded landing page.
Can I use it with WhatsApp enquiries?
Yes. Send your branded link in a reply. The customer develops their idea in the browser, so you have a clearer brief to discuss. It works with the enquiries you already receive.
Who prepares the quote and sets the price?
You do. Baniti gathers the brief; you confirm measurements and feasibility, then prepare your quote and agree the next steps with the customer.
